These Terms and Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services including our;web-based application, Mobile Application, Tawi SaaS ,USSD application, SMS notifications, Email notification and any information, text, links, graphics, photos, audio, videos, or other materials or arrangements of materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on the Services (collectively referred to as “Content” ). By using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms except where we expressly state that separate terms (not these) apply.

Who may use the service

Tawi Products are can be used by both public users, private and public sectors through partnership as defined in the Partnership policy and any other third-party vendor through integrations with their platforms.

We don't sell your personal data to advertisers, and we don't share information that directly identifies you (such as your name, email address or other contact information) with advertisers unless you give us specific permission.

Privacy Policy

Our privacy describes how we handle the information you provide to us when you use our service. And you understand that through your use of our service you consent to the collection and use(as set forth in the Privacy Policy ) of this information.

Limitation of Liability / Disclaimer

We disclaim any and all liability of all kinds for any unauthorized use of your personal identity information. By accessing and using our platforms (Web application, Mobile application, Tawi SaaS and USSD services) you acknowledge and agree to our disclaimer of any such liability. If you disagree, you should not access or make use of our services.

Intellectual Property rights

Tawi Health platforms (Mobile, Web,USSD, Tawi SaaS) and all of their content, features and functionalities such as: all the information, imageries, designs ,videos,audios are owned by the Business Insider and are protected by the the Intellectual laws, international copyright, trademarks,patent,trade secret and other intellectual property rights laws. Therefore, users acknowledge and shall ensure that all this information may not be copied,reproduced, rebroadcast or commercially exploited in all or any part. Additionally, you may not:

  • Delete and or alter any copyright ,trademark or other proprietary rights notices from materials from the platforms.
  • Reverse-Engineer or try to steal the aforementioned platforms code.
  • Modify copies of any materials from the platforms.

Any use of the platform not expressly permitted by these terms of use may result in a breach of these terms of use and may violate copyright, trademark and other laws.

Payment Terms

Services such as Appointment Booking, Consultations and other premium services that Tawi health offers may require payment and or subscription plan.

  • Prices are quoted in US Dollar ($) , Kenya Shilling (Ksh.) depending on your geographical location users have rights to choose the best option for use.
  • Payment may be required before the service is offered and or on offer.
  • Payment may be made in; Cash, MPESA (mobile money), Credit card, debit card or any other method as Tawi Health may introduce at its absolute discretion.
  • To maximize security Tawi Health does not hold any sensitive information of your payment details such as credit/debit card. They are held by third-party payment providers.
  • Some services may require subscriptions for users to continue using the service.

Notification of changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time and this might be as a result of:

  • Changes to the laws including government policies.
  • New regulatory requirements.
  • Improvements of our services in terms of new features and functionalities.

Should the aforementioned changes affect your use of our services or your legal rights as a user of our services, we will notify you prior to the effective date (at least 30 days) before we make changes to these terms and give you time to review them before they go into effect. These notifications can be informed by email (from your contact information you provided and associated to your account) and or SMS text message or via in-product notification. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
